Beach Baptism

In consultation with emergency services, we have decided to move the location of our Beach Baptism from Little Island Park to:

             First Landing State Park

    2500 Shore Dr., Virginia Beach, VA 23451

 

This location is on the Bay and more protected than Sandbridge beach.

We will begin baptisms at 5pm (no change). Because of the new location, please arrive early - Candidates checkin 4:30-5pm.  

Tips to make it easier:

• Remember that we are on the beach side of the Park. 
• Once you pay for parking at the entrance take a left and find a parking spot.
• Church family celebrating our candidate can head to the beach and look for the flags - Candidates will head to the beach via the boardwalk located by the Ranger’s Office.
• CARPOOL if you can - parking costs $10 and parking spaces are limited.
