Administrative Assistant
Coastal Community Church is looking for a highly organized, people-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Student and Next Steps ministry teams (24-28 hrs/wk). This in-office role is ideal for someone who enjoys serving others, keeping things organized, and being part of a collaborative team that helps ministry happen.

Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and organizational support to the Student and Next Steps ministry teams; Help coordinate ministry activities, events, and communications; Serve as a welcoming point of contact for staff, volunteers, and church members; Maintain organized systems, schedules, and ministry records; Assist with day-to-day operational needs that help ministries run smoothly
Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills, Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and willingness to learn new systems, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, Alignment with and enthusiasm for Coastal’s mission
