Young Adult (FUSE) / High School Student Minister
jwarren@vbcoastal.comHi I’m James Warren, the Student Minister at Coastal Community church. I graduated from Randolph Macon College in 2007 with a degree in physics and minors in Computer Science and Mathematics. After graduation, I returned home to Virginia Beach and to Coastal as the High School Student Minister, and now I serve as the Student Minister (with a focus on High School).
So what does being a Student Minister have to do with a degree in physics you ask? Nothing! The only answer I can come up with is that while I was a summer intern at Coastal during a college summer break two years ago, God got my attention and gave me a passion for investing in the lives of students. Returning to Coastal has truly been a blessing.
