cbreeden@vbcoastal.comI was born in New York City, but raised in the swamp land of North Florida. On a trip to visit a friend in Milton, FL I met Billy. We were married two years later. We moved to Virginia Beach with the Navy in 1978.
When Billy’s term was up with the Navy, he found a job with Raytheon, so we stayed in Virginia Beach. I have worked several jobs, but retired in 2009 when I took the accountant position with Coastal.
Billy was a singer and entertainer in several local bands for 29 years. During this period we did not attend church, but when he retired, we were determined to find a church. The first church we went to was Coastal and knew we had found our home. This church and everyone in it have been a great blessing to us.
